In the case of South Korea,
every year my country experiences severe draught.
And this draought and floods affect agricultural area.
The situatoin raises costs of food, and brings negative effects on living.
Thus, there is a need to develop sustainable water resource.
My suggestion is to develop desalination to use for irrigation water for prevent severe draught.
Desalination methods have been studied in developed country, and nowadays South Korea also starts to apply the technology.
However, the cost ffor desalinated water is higher than normal water supply, which is not meet the public needs.
To secure sustainable water resources, there must be some supports to cut-down cost of desalination water to utilzie in broaden way.
So the practical way of developing desalination or implementing desalination would be good topic to discuss
